Signs posted in common areas. (Posted June. 28, 2008)

As of Tuesday, June 24, 2008, that all of the environmental signs have been put in place in LES south of Lake Road and for all the residents that have them in their rear yards, please respect the importance of the signs and the areas behind them. We thank everyone for their cooperation. North Shores should be done next week and that will complete the environmental signs until Phase 4B is completed. Annual Meeting (Posted March 12, 2008)

About 70 residents attended the 2008 Home Owners Association Annual meeting. Chuck Hillier was re-elected to the Board.

Residents expressed a strong desire to have a sidewalk installed along Lake Road from Outrigger towars the beach. The board and finance committe will report back to the residents on there discussions.
