On January 2, 2009 the Finance committee posted two documents on the web site. They are available as PDFS or Excel Files.

1. 2008 & 2009 Budgets. This file shows the budgeted and actual amounts for 2008 (as of Dec 23, 2008). Many of the cells have a small red triangle to indicate there is a note associated with that item. If you slide your mouse over the cell with the triangle the note appears. (The PDF File does not have those notes). Download as Excel or PDF
2. Home owners association account balances as of Dec 23, 2008 Download as Excel or PDF

In the coming weeks we will be posting minutes of Finance Committee meetings and then in the future any other meetings will also be required to submit minutes for posting to the web site.
